Simpson Senior Services

About Simpson Senior Services

Founded in 1865, Simpson House is the oldest retirement community in the area affiliated with the United Methodist Church. In the 1990's, Simpson House sought to expand its mission to older adults and Simpson Senior Services was created. In 2000, Simpson Meadows opened in Downingtown and two years later Simpson Senior Services acquired Jenner’s Pond, a continuing care retirement community in Southern Chester County. In 2004, Simpson Gardens, an affordable housing community for seniors in Lansdowne, was opened. Simpson Mid-Town, a partnership with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, is the newest member of the Simpson Senior Services family.

What makes Simpson Senior Services unique are the warm, caring communities which have been at the heart of it's mission from the beginning. Simpson Senior Services is committed to bringing compassionate care for older adults into new areas of Eastern Pennsylvania. As America ages, Simpson Senior Services is poised to provide a variety of housing and health care options for older adults in a spiritual and caring environment.
